The "Carriage House" has 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, two living rooms with stone fireplaces and cable TVs, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, AC and wireless internet throughout.  Some bedrooms have fireplaces and all have full baths.  The Carriage house is several hundred yards from the larger home, "The Boulders", and shares several acres of mowed grounds, 500 feet of waterfront, and two docks.

The Boulders and Carriage House can be rented separately or together for large family reunions or other group gatherings.  In addition there are 3 cottages with 8 more bedrooms if extra room is required. Altogether there are 23 bedrooms and sleeping for over 40.
